Breast Cancer Risk Analysis (Zhang H et al 2020)
- The summary results from this paper can be downloaded here.
In downloading the data, you are accepting the terms and conditions as set out below.
The results files provide summary association statistics for the analyses described in Zhang H et al (Nat Genet, 2020). There are three sets of results:
(a) overall breast cancer,
(b) subtype-specific breast cancer, and
(c) a meta-analysis of triple negative breast cancer and the BRCA1 breast cancer GWAS results from CIMBA.
The results files include results for the OncoArray and iCOGS datasets, and (for overall breast cancer) the combined results from additional GWAS. The summary results are based on imputation to the 1000 Genomes Project Phase 3 reference panel. The current results are for women of European ancestry only.
Description of field names in the results files are also included in the download.
