The results file provides summary association statistics for a meta-analysis of triple negative breast cancer from BCAC and the BRCA1 breast cancer GWAS results from CIMBA as described in Zhang H et al (Nat Genet, 2020).
The summary results are based on imputation to the 1000 Genomes Project Phase 3 reference panel. The current results are for women of European ancestry only.
Description of field names in the results file are also included in the download.
