This results file provides summary association statistics for the analyses described in Michailidou et al (Nature, 2017).
Summary association statistics for overall, ER-positive and ER-negative breast cancer are provided as well as the summary numbers. The results file includes results for the OncoArray and iCOGS datasets, and the combined results from eleven additional GWAS. The summary results are based on imputation to the 1000 Genomes Project Phase 3 reference panel. The current results are for women of European ancestry only.
Description of field names in the results file are also included in the download.
