Mammographic Density Analysis (Chen H et al 2022)

The results files provide summary mammographic density association statistics for the analyses described in Chen et al. Breast Cancer Research 2022. Summary association statistics for percent mammographic density (PMD), dense area (DA), and non-dense area (NDA) are provided. All analyses are adjusted for age and BMI. The results file includes results for the OncoArray and iCOGS datasets, and the combined results from nine additional GWAS. The summary results are based on imputation to the 1000 Genomes reference panel. The current results are for women of European ancestry only.
Description of field names in the results files are also included in the download.
